Suitable cage for budgerigars?

Can someone with more experience please look and say if they think its a suitable cage?

I'm not sure about the wood because he can hold bacteria from the poop and it is very hard to clean and sanitize. Stainless steal is the best way to go with bird cages. Bigger is always better too.
