Do I have to pay Condo fee during the period in between foreclosure sale, and Bankruptcy discharge?

I got Chapter-7 Bankruptcy discharge; moved out of the property and rented another apartment, key was replaced, Substitute trustee was assigned, and I had no access at all to the Condo. It took more than a year for foreclosure sale. The Condo management sued me to pay all fee for more than a year claiming that unless the condo is sold, i remain the owner even though i have no access and control.

You are no longer the owner of the home the bank is. The bank is now on the hook for the home.
I hope you had added the condo association to the BK. If not amend it for a few Hundred bucks. Might as well start with a clean slate.

IRVINE – About 50 firefighters responded to a four-unit condominium after a fire was reported this morning, authorities said.

The fire was reported inside one of the first-floor units of 14 Gunnison at 6:58 a.m., said Capt. Greg McKeown of the Orange County Fire Authority. Firefighters had to take hose line inside the home to extinguish the flames, he said.

The fire was extinguished at 7:17 a.m., but firefighters remained on scene for about 15 minutes to make sure the flames had not spread to other units.
