Frontline Plus Cats - Cat Supplies

Can frontline plus for large dogs be used on my cats?

Ebay has sellers selling large dog frontline plus flea control to be used on cats. They provide a small vial to store the frontline in and a syringe to administer the correct amount, 0.5ml for cats. The large dog frontline contains 4ml so you get 8 doses for cats. My question is, does the dog frontline plus contain the same ingredients as cat frontline plus and is it safe for my cats? Thanks!

NO_NO_NO---Something that people do not know is that dog frontline if used on cats WILL KILL THEM!!!--I work as a vet assistant -we have seen a few cases of people who did not bother to ask or accidentally put the wrong one on their cats--they will die if you use it on them!--I am glad that you care enough to ask!

hope this helps!

Toy Drive Way Off Usual Pace

T he Marine Corps is always looking for a few good men and women, and former Marines and associates are looking for a few thousand new toys for Horry County children. As of Monday, the annual Toys for Tots drive is short about 20,000 toys, according to John Kovalcik, one of the dedicated Marine Corps League (Detachment 873) members who are working hard to put more unwrapped new toys in collection boxes.

"I'm confident we will put a dent in a bad year," Kovalcik says. "People don't know what's coming tomorrow" and are forced to not make donations they might have done. "We're getting phone calls'" from folks who have never asked for help, a report just like those heard at every food pantry and helping agency.

On Wednesday, The Market Common and Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant are raising money for Toys for Tots with a percentage of proceeds from luncheon and a 5:30 to 8 p.m. dinner with Santa going to the venerable toy drive. The establishment also will accept toys and monetary donations all day. Toys
