I have a collar like you want on my cat Missy. I got it from petsmart and it's by Whisker City. It has a pink background and is kind of shiny. I couldn't find the one I have though online.

Button Tag: The outdoor/feral cats constantly lose their collars. Collar is $5, tag is usually $5 too. I thought of writing my # on a button and using THAT as a tag, so I'm not throwing money away everytime they lose their collar!
