The following incidents were reported by the Kinston Department of Public Safety and the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office:
On Dec. 30, an employee of Falling Creek Golf Course on Tomlyn Drive, Kinston, reported someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a Tomtom GPS unit. The unit is valued at $99.
On Dec. 30, a man on Dogwood Lane, Kinston, reported someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole the following: A pair of men's Oakley sunglasses valued at $100 and change valued at $10.
On Dec. 30, a man on Dogwood Lane, Kinston, reported someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole the following: A shaving/hair cutting set valued at $29 and a small pocket knife (value not listed).
On Dec. 29, an employee of Maready Tire Company on U.S. 70 West, Kinston, reported someone stole the following: An F-150 pick-up truck valued at $1,000, a camera valued at $600, and an air compressor valued at $800.
On Dec. 29, a man on English Walnut Court, Kinston, reported someone damaged a door. Damages were estimated at $200.
