Hagen Optima Air Pump - Fish Supplies

I need a new air pump but I'm not shore of what brand to go with.?

I have a 26 gallon bow front tank and I have two air stones one is a 6 inch flat air stone and the other is a large cylinder stone that's hidden. My old air pump was a tetra Whisper 30 model I went through two of then in four months. I was thinking about the Hagen Optima air pump since it got good reviews and lots of pet stores were I live carry them. What about Penn Plax are they good they make one called the air pod.
The air stones were not clogged I can blow through then with out any difficulty.

i would get hagen optima. i have two running my 55 gallon. one with a 12 inch air bar, and another on a air stone. but i also have a huge one running the airation to my 4000 gallon koi pond and it works perfectly. i have never had to replace any of them!

hope this helps!
good luck!
