I bought this and the directions are lost. I want tropical fish. It said it was for 20 gallons but water feels cold at 3/4 the way up.
Depends on your fish. Find your fish at the following link and review the temperature requirements. Use a thermometer, sometimes heaters don't have accurate set points.

Make me an offer. I have a 10 gallon top fin aquarium for sale. There is a 7'' basic pleco living in there and a small type of catfish about 3'' long which is fully grown. I also have two of red tiger barbs, two of which I just recently bought. The third tiger barb is older and a bit rough looking but in good health. The hood of the tank is usable but broken. This lid comes off sometimes when you open the tank. The light fixture is also burnt out and broken. The tank is also infested with tiny snails. The substrate is included with the tank. No filters, plants, or decorations are included. I received this tank for free from a friend who did not want to take care of the fish any longer. Its kind of a charity case. I'm not expecting a whole lot for the tank. Make me an offer. I'm willing to sell the fish separately or as a package with or without the tank.
